🌍 Launching the Certificate Course on “Climate Change and Sustainable Development”

On December 7, 2024, the Certificate Course on ‘’Climate Change and Sustainable Development” was successfully launched at BRAC University. Dr. Syed Ferhat Anwar, Vice-Chancellor of BRAC University, inaugurated the 7-week-long certificate course. The course has been organized by the Centre for Climate Change and Environmental Research (C3ER), BRAC University, and Nature Conservation Management (NACOM) with support from USAID Bangladesh.

A total of 29 participants from various organizations (Chittagong Hill Tracts Board, CARE Bangladesh, UNDP Bangladesh, Save the Children, BRAC, etc. Gen Consultants, Platform of Community Action and Architecture (POCAA), Gobd Education and Emigration Consultancy Ltd, Next Sourcing Services Ltd, Chevron Bangladesh, DIPTO, NACOM, C3ER, BRAC University) have joined this training, aimed at building their knowledge and skills to contribute effectively to climate change resilience and sustainable development across critical sectors.
