Meet the C3ER Team at the Asia Hub Annual Meeting 2024: “Challenges in Water-Energy-Food (WEF) Nexus Research in Asia”

The Centre for Climate Change and Environmental Research (C3ER), BRAC University, is excited to participate in this year’s Asia Hub Annual Meeting, a premier event focusing on the pivotal challenges of Asia’s Water-Energy-Food (WEF) Nexus. The meeting will be held from November 12-13, 2024, in Chiang Mai, Thailand. It will convene researchers, policy experts, and industry leaders to address pressing issues and collaborative research opportunities in WEF Nexus studies. The C3ER delegation includes prominent team members Roufa Khanum, Assistant Director; Dr. Nandan Mukherjee, Adjunct Research Fellow at C3ER, and Lead at the UNESCO Centre for Water Law, Policy, and Science, University of Dundee; Sharmin Nahar Nipa, Coordinator (Research & Capacity Development) and Ms. Faria Kabir, Research Associate (GIS & Research Development), each bringing a unique perspective and area of expertise to this collaborative platform: The meeting will include keynote presentations and panel discussions exploring advancements and applications within the WEF Nexus. C3ER representatives will have opportunities to engage in insightful exchanges with other researchers from Asia Hub partner institutions, fostering collaborative research and exploring emerging topics in WEF Nexus.
